The space

Fresh new carpet installed August 2026! Bedroom 1 is an extremely large master with a soft Tempurpedic king bed and en-suite with dual vanities, jetted tub, separate shower, and bidet. Giantwalk-in in closet, plenty of storage, and sliders open to a beautiful private patio with two lounge chairs for morning sunrise enjoyment. Smart TVs in both master bedrooms and living room. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, an en-suite with a shower, and Smart TV. Board games in closet. Bedroom 3 is a den with a firm Serta king bed, sofabed and office area. No bathroom in the den. There is a powder room in the hallway between the kitchen and foyer. Soaps and lotions provided. Original vintage kitchen features SubZero refrigerator, butcher block island, Thermador gas stovetop, double oven, well-stocked pantry, dishwasher. Retro sunken living room features tray ceilings, fireplace, Smart TV, wet bar, large sectional sofa, and sliding doors to exterior. Indoor dining room seats 8, and eat-in kitchen seats 4. Several outdoor dining and lounging options. There is a Kettler ping-pong table in the garage as well as ladder golf for the lawn. The sprawling yard has a covered patio with ceiling fan, sparkling pool, lounge chairs, umbrella, and several other seating areas that wrap around the back of the house. There is also a metal fire pit. We are located on DeAnza Country Club. Public tee times are available. For an amazing stargazing experience, turn off all exterior lights and look up from the backyard at the stars for a beautiful view. Borrego Springs is a dark sky community and the stars are highly visible.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire property, which sits on nearly an acre lot. There are four patio seating areas wrapping around the home and pool. Umbrella and lounge chairs poolside. There is ample parking with a circular driveway and room for RV parking. Two car garage also available for your convenience. Please return garage remotes before you leave or you will be assessed a replacement fee.

Things to note

The pool is cleaned weekly every Friday afternoon. Thank you for allowing our cleaning crew to keep the pool sparkling! The desert can be windy. If debris has blown into the pool between cleaning, it is the guest responsibility to skim the pool with the skimmer provided. Pool is not heated. Gardening service also comes every Friday morning. Thank you for allowing our crew to keep the yard in good condition! Pool is inside a fenced yard but does NOT have its own perimeter fence. Adult supervision required. Property is on septic. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper. Security Cameras located at front door entrance and garage entrance. During the summer months, temperatures can soar to 120°. The home has two air conditioning units. When the temperature outside is this high, the air-conditioning units cannot be turned below 76°, otherwise they will freeze over and break then you will have NO air conditioning during your stay. Fans are provided in each bedroom as well as a large fan in the garage that can be used in any room for your additional comfort. If you cannot tolerate inside temperatures of 78°, we recommend you do not book this property in the summer. The home is located on De Anza Country Club. If you would like to golf at De Anza, they have public teetimes available! It is a wonderful course to golf, and we highly recommend you plan your annual golf stay here.
